ABOUT

Under the City of New Westminster OCP,  this project is designated for Residential – Ground Oriented Infill Housing. We propose a passive house tri-plex building that follows this land use designation.

OUR MISSION

Utilize the property lot and build a multi unit house that has great living spaces and provide comfort for new families. 

BYLAW REZONNING

We propose to rezone a single family home (RS-1) to a Comprehensive Development(CD).  The application follows the OCP guidelines for Residentials – Ground Oriented Housing. 

THE PROJECT

This project proposes a 3 unit building providing more family-friendly housing in the New Westminster. Each unit would have three bedrooms and three baths which is perfect option for families looking to be part of the community. Each unit would have a 1 off-site parking space at the rear access lane. This new home proposed to  be a passive house where it will be a highly energy efficient building.
